How do i deal with someone who is extremely concerned with the trivial aspects of daily operations?
Ignore him?
It's a little getting on my nerves..almost like a broken record which i can't put an end to..
It's issue A on monday, peace on tuesday and wednesday, issue B on thursday, peace on friday..You would think that issues would be solved with detailed explainations..
NOPE, not happening... The cycle will repeat itself again, over and over again. The same explainations are repeated over and over again. He will agree and say will leave it to me to handle. But yet, why does the cycle keep repeating?
Is it because i haven't done enough? If so, what is enough? Or is it because he cannot remember that the issues have been resolved?
