Migration.... again....
Before I can fully acquaint myself with the environment, people and systems, I am informed of the coming migration again....
A replacement comes. Out I go.
It wasn't a last minute proposal, they were aware of the changes all along. They were in control of the implementation date.
So why is it they still arrange for a person to enter only to take over others and be a substitute and to cover the empty hole till the appropriate person is found? You cover the duties but they have a really difficult time giving you credit for it. I guess this is the way the system works eh..
I feel "REALLY" comforted by the LARGE amount of effort and foresight put into planning.
What else to do? Suck thumb and carry on...
Not some big shot? Nobody to speak up for you? No one to back you up? Then just quietly accept and do the job and pray that time passes very quickly...
